ST Chem Solutions manufactures and supplies speciality chemicals for oil well drilling. Our team has 30 years of experience in drilling fluids, working with drilling contractors and mud service companies.
We supply fluid-loss control additives, viscosifiers, lost circulation materials, lubricants, defoamers and pH control chemicals, together with drilling fluid testing equipment built to API RP 13B-1 and 13B-2.
Core additives are made in-house at our 23,500 sq ft manufacturing facility in Chennai, with warehousing points at port. Specialty products are also produced under supervised job-work arrangements. Every batch is tested in our QC laboratory before dispatch.

Every field has its own formation pressures, temperatures and reactive shales. We work with drilling and fluids engineers to understand the well before recommending a product.
That means testing against your mud parameters, adjusting dosing as depth changes, and staying available after the material leaves our facility.
